Competitions
Metro actively participates and encourages our members to compete in every discipline of Dog Sports. Currently we have members competing in Conformation, Obedience, Rally-O, Agility, Jumping, Retrieving, Tracking, Endurance, Herding and Dancing with Dogs.
Instructors
Our club is staffed by volunteers, people who have started out in Class 1 with their first dog and have demonstrated a flair and love of teaching others. When looking for an Instructor the Training Coordinator looks for someone showing an ability to communicate, a willingness to demonstrate and, most importantly, a love of learning. Please remember all of our Instructors are volunteers and are here for the love of dogs. Please treat them with respect. Life Members
Our Life Members are nominated by the members and it is an honour awarded to someone within the club who has been a member for over 6 years and have given continual service to the Club, above and beyond what is normally expected. We thank you.
